According to report, several scouts from top European teams watched some English-based Nigerian talents in action at the ongoing Montaigu Tournament in France.

Most interesting part of the story was that representatives from Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United were spotted in Vendee when England U16s tackled Mexico and Portugal.

Three players of Nigerian descent in the form of West Ham's Ajibola Alese, Man City defender Nathaniel Ogbeta and Chelsea starlet Faustino Anjorin featured for the Young Lions in both games.

Top football clubs such as Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Marseille, Monaco, Rennes and Lille also scouted the players in France.
