Claudio Bravo determined to stay at Manchester City

Bravo has endured a difficult debut season in English football and has lost his place as Pep Guardiola's undisputed No.1.
The Chilean was dropped from the City team at the turn of the year and, though he has recently returned to the fold, Guardiola insists he will choose his starting goalkeeper on a game-by-game basis.

City are keen to bring in a new keeper this summer, with Sunderland's Jordan Pickford and Benfica's Ederson potential options, but Bravo has no plans to make way.

Bravo is gradually learning English as he continues to settle into life on the outskirts of Manchester, where he lives with his wife and four children.
His youngest daughter, Ema, had health problems when the goalkeeper first arrived at City, but has now recovered and celebrated her first birthday earlier in April.
Bravo's son and other two daughters all speak English and attend the same school as the daughter of City forward Nolito.
The former Barcelona keeper has proven to be an unpopular replacement for Joe Hart among many City fans, and has been ironically cheered when he has made routine saves or catches in recent matches.
